In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pbs88 website accessible at pbs88.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets and features offered thereon.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a pbs88 account or who accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, separately tracked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, cashback credit or other non-cash-equivalent incentive credited to a Player's Account by pbs88.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which the Platform operates.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software company whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi and Spribe.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 10 of these Terms.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-protection features available within Account Settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You have read and understood the pbs88 Privacy Policy;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person;
• All information you have provided to pbs88 during registration is accurate, complete and current;
• You accept that pbs88 may amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 16.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, instant games (Mines Gold, Dragon Master), and any other products that may be introduced in the future.

To be eligible to register and use the pbs88 Platform, you must satisfy ALL of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, agent or immediate family member of pbs88 or any of its Game Provider partners;

pbs88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or any other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that fail to pass age verification will be suspended and any real-money balance will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, less any winnings derived from play during the unverified period.

pbs88 uses automated and manual verification systems to detect underage players. Where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect a player may be under 21, the Account will be restricted pending verification without prior notice.

Each individual may register no more than one Account on the pbs88 Platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration you are required to provide:

• A valid and unique email address;
• A mobile number registered in Bangladesh;
• A secure password meeting the Platform's minimum complexity requirements;
• Your date of birth, for age-verification purposes;
• Your name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.

You warrant that all information submitted during registration is true, accurate, current and complete. pbs88 is not liable for any losses arising from your provision of false or incomplete registration information. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current and must notify pbs88 immediately of any material changes via the support channel.

pbs88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account.

pbs88 recommends that all players:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other website or application;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out fully from the Platform when using a shared or public device;
• Never respond to unsolicited communications purporting to be from pbs88 that request login credentials.

pbs88 will never contact you by email, SMS or any other channel to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from pbs88 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You must notify pbs88 immediately if you believe that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. pbs88 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your Account but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to the notification being received.

All transactions on the pbs88 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay;
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank;
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available on the platform at the time of transaction).

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit applied by pbs88 at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are processed and credited to your pbs88 Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to be reflected in your Balance depending on the originating bank.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. Where pbs88 identifies a third-party deposit, the deposit amount will be returned to the originating account and the player's Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500;
• Your Account must be fully verified (age, identity and payment method verification completed);
• There must be no pending responsible gaming restrictions or compliance holds on your Account;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must have been satisfied before the bonus-derived portion of your Balance becomes withdrawable;
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name.

Under normal operating conditions, withdrawal requests submitted to bKash, Nagad and Rocket are processed within 30 minutes of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform traffic, public holidays or where additional verification is required.

pbs88 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by automated risk systems. Players may be requested to provide additional documentation in such cases. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days of the request may result in the withdrawal being cancelled and the funds returned to the Account Balance.

pbs88 does not charge fees on withdrawals at the platform level. Players should note that their chosen payment provider may apply transaction fees independently of pbs88.

pbs88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the point of offer;
• Bonus Funds and Real Funds are tracked separately in your Account. Real Funds are used first for wagering unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time limit stated for each bonus. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the applicable time limit will be removed from your Account automatically;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms;
• pbs88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to satisfaction of wagering requirements;
• pbs88 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and void any winnings derived from it if the Company determines that a player has attempted to abuse or circumvent the bonus system.

All bets and wagers placed on pbs88 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed within the relevant product area of the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pbs88 does not offer a bet cancellation facility after a wager has been accepted by the Platform;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. These are displayed within the relevant betting interface;
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or betting round, pbs88 will resolve the round in accordance with the applicable Game Provider's rules. Where a round cannot be resolved fairly, all stakes for that round will be returned to players;
• pbs88 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it has been placed as the result of a clear pricing error, technical malfunction, or where pbs88 has reasonable grounds to suspect the wager was placed using information that was not publicly available at the time of placement (insider information);
• Live in-play cricket bets are subject to a brief delay between placement and acceptance to account for data feed latency. This delay is typically 2–4 seconds. Bets placed during this period are accepted at pbs88's discretion;
• The random number generators (RNGs) used in all pbs88 slots and instant games are independently certified for fairness. Game outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action outside the normal rules of the game.

You must not, at any time, engage in any of the following on or in connection with the pbs88 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros or any other artificial means to place bets, interact with games or extract data from the Platform;
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage — all such incidents must be reported to pbs88 support immediately upon discovery;
• Registering or maintaining multiple Accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to circumventing a self-exclusion or bonus restriction;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information to pbs88 at any point, including during registration, verification or support interactions;
• Depositing funds through a payment method that is not registered in your own name;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing pbs88 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events covered by pbs88's betting markets.

pbs88 employs real-time fraud detection and pattern-analysis systems that operate across all Platform activity. Players suspected of Prohibited Conduct may have their Accounts restricted pending investigation without prior notice.

• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any Platform software or game;
• Use the pbs88 brand name, logo or any other intellectual property in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by pbs88.

Any unauthorised use of pbs88 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

pbs88 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pbs88 applies industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Payment credentials are processed exclusively through the relevant payment network and are never stored on pbs88 servers.

pbs88 may share your data with third parties in the following limited circumstances:

• With Game Providers, to the extent necessary for the delivery of their games on the Platform;
• With payment processors, for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals;
• With identity verification providers, for the purpose of KYC and age verification;
• With law enforcement or regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law.

• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational use;
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms operates to limit pbs88's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by pbs88's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Where pbs88 is found liable to you in connection with your use of the Platform, the Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement created by these Terms at any time:

• By you: You may close your Account at any time by contacting pbs88 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding compliance holds.
• By pbs88: pbs88 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where continued operation of your Account would expose pbs88 to legal, financial or reputational risk.

Upon termination by either party, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Funds remaining in your Account at the time of termination are forfeited. Real-money Balance will be returned in accordance with pbs88's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding verification or compliance requirements.

Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the termination date, including any outstanding wagers placed before the Account was closed.

pbs88 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The Company will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes by:

• Sending an email notification to the address registered on your Account;
• Displaying a prominent notice on the Platform login page and within the Account dashboard;
• Updating the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the pbs88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 15.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pbs88 recommends checking this page at least once per month and following each major platform update.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pbs88 operates.

pbs88 operates as a platform serving Bangladeshi players and acknowledges the legal framework applicable to online entertainment services in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all local laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and pbs88, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pbs88 support. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may refer the matter to a mutually agreed dispute resolution process.

pbs88 does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh. Accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh is at the Player's own risk and subject to local law compliance.
